Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment (if applicable) and receipt of a confirmation email/message.
Guests must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel bookings that violate our policies.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 12:00 PM (noon)
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made through the methods listed on our website or through direct communication with our team.
All charges must be settled before check-out unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may vary during peak seasons, weekends, or holidays
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made through email/WhatsApp/phone.
Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:
- More than 7 days before check-in: Eligible for full refund.
- 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.
No refund for no-shows or early check-outs.
Any booking made at discounted rates or during peak season is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Visitor Rules & Conduct
Guests are expected to:
- Maintain peace and behave respectfully with staff and other guests.
- Refrain from illegal activities, substance abuse, or misconduct.
- Take responsibility for their belongings.
- Follow property rules displayed at the location.
We reserve the right to remove guests who violate rules without issuing a refund.
Damage to Property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to rooms, furnishings, equipment, or other property caused by them or their visitors. Costs will be charged accordingly.
